Enabling Mindful Customer Relationships

Customer RelationsWhat is the key to every successful customer engagement? Building Relationships – knowing your customer’s particular needs and delivering on those needs! Enabling Mindful Customer Relationships is a group of workshops that increase relationship building skills for Individual Sales Professionals, Sales Teams, and Sales Managers.  Using the Everything DiSC® Sales or Everything DiSC® Management assessment as a foundation, you will gain tools proven to develop, support, and fulfill relationships with customers. In a highly interactive environment, you will:

  • know your own relationship building strengths,
  • practice effective ways to leverage your communication style when engaging others,
  • and learn to proactively negotiate a space for long-lasting and fruitful relationships.
